Photo Submission Form

Be part of our sixth annual Limited Editions calendar, a proven collector's item! Your pet does not have to be a Woodford Humane Society adoptee to be in the calendar - anyone's pet can grace the pages of this artistic, unique engagement calendar.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Photos should be 3" x 5" or larger and not include any humans. Digital images must be at least 300 dpi in either TIFF or JPG format. If a photo includes multiple pets, be sure to identify the pets by their location on the photo. Submit photos by mail or email. Photos and disks will not be returned.

Submit your photo(s) to calendar@woodfordhumane.org. If submitting photo(s) by mail, please include your name, address, daytime phone number, email address and the names of the pet(s), taped to the back of the photo. Please mail them to us at PO Box 44, Versailles, KY 40383.

Woodford Humane Society reserves the right to edit or reject any photos we find unsuitable or unable to reproduce. Photos and disks cannot be returned to owner.

Available spaces:
$500 Full Page Collage: A full page of various sized pet photos; must have at least 2 photos
$300 Half Page: A 1/2 page space for 1 photo
$200 Quarter Page: A 1/4 page photo, 3.5" x 3.5"
$50 Calendar Square: A 1/16 page photo, 1.75" x 1.75", on a monthly calendar page
$25 Note Page Square: A 1/16 page photo, 1.75" x 1.75", on a note page
